Rock and roll fans are gearing up for Trans Siberian Orchestra's Ghosts of Christmas Eve concert at the Verizon Center in December. This popular progressive rock band, described by the Washington Post as an "arena rock juggernaut," takes their influences from huge names like The Who, Pink Floyd and Yes. Billboard Magazine ranked the band as one of the "Top 25 Touring Artists of the Past Decade" in 2009. With mind-blowing concerts that feature elaborate pyrotechnics, laser light shows, video screens, and stage effects, fans are treated to a complete entertainment experience. The Trans Siberian Orchestra plays one show only at 7:30pm on December 10th. Visit http://verizoncenter.monumentalnetwork.com for tickets and information.
