Thank you for all the help you have given me with my State's event last week.  I have heard nothing but rave reviews from everyone on my end about the accommodations, your staff and the dinner.  Everyone on your staff was very helpful, friendly and energetic!  It was a very great and memorable experience.  A very special tip of the hat to your chef staff for our dinner.  The food was exquisite for the price constraints we had, and I appreciate how your staff customized a menu for us to meet our budgetary needs.

I especially appreciate the hard work and communication the three of you had provided me. Your assistance was an invaluable asset to me during this process.  Simple words cannot express how much I appreciate your work on this matter and I am looking forward to working with all of you again when I put this event on next year.  Also as promised, I have put out through word of mouth that anyone visiting from Illinois needs to come to the Crowne first for accommodations.

We can't thank you enough for your expertise and help in making Jenelle and Bobby's wedding day perfect. Your cheerful and calm personality was so helpful too us during the whole event.  Please know it was such a pleasure working with you.
  
Your staff  made everyone of our guests feel comfortable and special the whole weekend.  The setting for the ceremony in the ballroom was breathtaking and elegant, and  the Veranda/Jefferson Room  where the cocktails were served was  beautifully arranged.  Also, the ballroom for the reception looked beautiful as well.
 
Please relay this message to your staff how grateful we are for their professionalism during such an important time in our lives.

I feel compelled to contact you personally. I have served the Federal Government many years both in uniform and currently as a Civil Servant for the Secretary of the Army. To say that your staff provided "World Class" service for our Retirement Ceremony held last week on 5 October seems not enough. It all began with Ms. Lauren Fritz your Catering Sales Manager and Wedding Specialist. She is an absolutely magnificent Ambassador for the Crowne Plaza corporation. Her personal touch is a gift that clearly stands above most in that line of service. She is ACES in our book. All who coordinated with her spoke so highly of her. In this same manner, Mauricio Cortez was the perfect.... and I mean perfect Meetings Director. The consummate gentleman to say the least. Professional and yet charming to all. Our entire staff and innumerable guests commented on his demeanor. Please know, because of this recent experience and those mentioned above, we will coordinate more social events with your wonderful staff and the Crowne Plaza Crystal City. Lauren helped our wedding go off without a hitch. She met with us multiple times before the big event. She shared all of the options available to us and her experience was evident when she made suggestions. I appreciated her positive attitude and that she never tried to push us into something we didn't want. The outlines and maps she provided during the planning process helped me envision my big day and make all of the decisions that come with being a bride. I was glad to have her as an ally in the planning process because she made me feel so comfortable. 
 
The Crowne Plaza was a beautiful venue for my wedding. The ballroom transformed into a romantic space after the staff finished working their magic. The draping, table settings, and lighting provided a warm setting where my family and friends were able to relax and have a great time. My guests constantly tell me that our wedding was one of the most fun ones they've ever been to. I think we were able to have so much fun because there were no worries. The Crowne Plaza staff was efficient and professional.  My husband and I could not believe how good the food was! It was easy to take time out of visiting with everyone because we had such a delicious dinner waiting for us back at our table.

The ceremony and reception sites were beautiful, we received a number of compliments on them.  Particularly with that ceremony, Jess couldn't have been happier with how the ceremony went.  
 
On your end of things, everything was great!  Your staff did an awesome job with the set-up and serving.  I was definitely glad to have picked working with you on the venue and catering end, trying to work with any other random individual would've been miserable.
